After a thorough cleaning to remove anything adhering to the paint, the material is applied to the bumper, keeping it wet to prevent premature sticking.
Using a variety of techniques and tools, the material is applied to the surface of the bumper.
Once trimmed, the edges are rolled over the edges where possible.  A technique which is not used by many installers...
Some bumpers are quite complex and require cut-outs and extra trimming.
The hood piece is applied in the same manner, once again, rolling the edges for maximum paint protection.
The fenders and headlights are covered.  On most cars the fender tips are covered to be in line with the hood piece; however, this Ferrari owner requested more be covered.
The mirrors are completed as the final step.  Notice mirrors typically will not be entirely covered.  Surfaces that are extremely curved don’t allow the material to lay nor adhere properly.
The final product.
